Data Processing Agreement

Governing language: Dutch. In case of conflict, the Dutch version prevails.

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to the extent Thalassa Cloud Services B.V. processes Personal Data in Customer Content on behalf of the Customer, in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

By using the services, the Customer accepts this DPA. Custom DPAs are available on request, for example for enterprise customers or via partners. Related information is available in our Privacy Policy and Trust Centre.
