This Privacy Policy explains how Thalassa Cloud Services B.V. processes personal data when we act as controller — for Account Data on the platform, and for website and marketing data — including purposes, legal bases, and your rights under the GDPR.

For Customer Content on the platform, Thalassa acts as processor. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement. Related information is available in our Trust Centre and Terms of Service.
